Bowl / Set of 4

The bowl is conceived as an open vessel, its generous form allowing it to accommodate different foods and objects. Like the plates, the bowls are perfectly stackable, creating small domestic towers that shift between storage and sculpture.

Acqua Alta is an expression of CCONTINUA’s ongoing research into pigmented tableware and the subtle balance between glossy and matte surfaces. Playing with geometric volumes and oversize proportions, the objects inhabit a hybrid space between use and contemplation. The collection consists of five pieces: One-Meal Plate, Bowl, Loop Cup, Teapot, and GigaSpoon. Through this play of roles and functions, familiar typologies become ambiguous objects, deliberately left open to the interpretation of those who use them.
