AIPTASIA VASE

An ornamental vase from the HYDROMORH Sea Anemones series, with tentacles reminiscent of marine creatures. Celebrating the fabrication process, Astronauts play with the geometric principles in place when sheet metal transforms to 3D volumes. The steel body and aluminium ornament are TIG welded and hydro formed, interlocking all parts to a composition finished with translucent light refracting topcoat.
