Dean Norton

Dean Norton is a multidisciplinary designer and collaborator who creates refined, functional works that balance form, material, and detail. Drawing on personal experience, his practice explores emotional connection through performative objects that sit between art and design, grounded in a minimalist aesthetic.

Born in Essex, England, Norton studied graphic and interior design before graduating in 2008 with a BA (Hons) in Retail Interior Design from the University of the Arts London.

Now based in Melbourne, he established his studio in 2017, producing locally made furniture, objects, and lighting through an ongoing exploration of glass, mirror, steel, and timber.
