Aleksandr Delev works across design, architecture, and media, navigating the space between image and object to build an infinite, dream-like environment. His practice explores the expressive potential of materials, forms, and patterns, assembling them into landscapes that feel like a kind of psycho-geography.
Delev’s approach combines subjective intuition with computational exploration, distilling emotional and perceptual relations between matter, space, and images. His works form an interconnected terrain shaped by memory, ecology, and cultural imprints. Through artistic research, he traces alternative lineages to Modernism and other normative worldviews, proposing environments that resist utilitarian and universalist prescriptions while remaining charged with digital apophenias and lost-in-translation gestures, and attuned to a sense of pre-architectural sentience.
